How does Contract Signing work on FieldPro App?

With our online contract signing feature, it's no longer necessary to gather all parties in one place. Documents can be directly accessible to the parties no matter where they are. FieldPro's architecture, combining workflows and workspace, now allows you to generate and store your signed contracts directly via the application.

All details and customer signatures can be sent directly via mobile through a dedicated workflow. We then collect these information and populate the different sections of the contract with the corresponding fields as required. Customization can be added (font, color, size..).

The contract is generated in a PDF file which is automatically available online or shared by email as an attachment.
